*No minimum price or quantity restrictions per order. You simply must have at least one product in your monthly auto-ship order for three consecutive months. If you cancel your Loyal Customer membership prior to fulfilling the three-month auto-ship minimum, you will be charged a one-time $50 (USD) fee.
The auto-ship order may consist of any It Works products and may be changed online by using your Customer ID and Password or by calling Customer Service at 616-281-1900 at least two business days prior to the customer’s next shipment.

~What is the benefit to enrolling in the Loyal Customer Program?
The Loyal Customer program allows you to purchase It Works! products at a 20-50% discount off the listed retail price. In many cases, the Local Customer price is the same price that an It Works! distributor price will pay for their products.
~Is there a minimum dollar amount that I must spend each month?
No, you do not have to purchase a minimum dollar amount, but you must purchase a minimum of one item per month for three consecutive months as part of the program.
~Do I have to order the same product every month?
No, you do not have to order the same product each month. As long as you designate your selected product two (2) business days before shipping, you may choose different products each month.
~How do I change my product selection each month?
When you enroll in the Loyal Customer Program, you will be given a Username & Password that will allow you to log in to your virtual account and change your product selection each month. This will also allow you to view your order history and the status of your current shipments.
~What if I don’t change my product selection each month?
If you do not change your product selection from the previous month, you will be shipped the same item that you had previously received. If you do not want to make a change from the previous month, you do not need to make any changes; you will automatically be shipped the same item(s).
~When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your first order is charged upon your enrollment in the Program. Each month’s purchase will be charged on the same day each following month. For example, if you enrolled on the 10th of August, each order will be charged on the 10th day of following months.
~Is there a fee if I choose to cancel my Loyal Customer enrollment before my 3 months are up?
Yes. If you choose to cancel your Loyal Customer membership prior to fulfilling the three-month auto-ship minimum, you will be charged a one-time $50 (USD) fee.
~How do I cancel the Program after my 3-months are up?
Your Loyal Customer enrollment may be changed or cancelled online by using your Customer ID and Password or by calling Customer Service at (616) 281-1900 at least two business days prior to your next scheduled shipment.
